The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV) is now open until November 3, 2015 and there is no fee to enter. We encourage you to participate, but don’t become a victim of fraud.
A new anti-fraud campaign featuring Mykyta the Fox can steer you clear of trouble. Mykyta can be followed on Twitter using the hashtag #StopDVFraud. If you think you have been a victim of identity theft, we recommend you report it to local law enforcement or email KyivDV@state.gov.
Applicants can access the application form at www.dvlottery.state.gov during the registration period. DV instructions are also available on the Department of State’s public webpage. Information on your application will be available at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov after May 3, 2016.
