Kiev City, Green metropolis

Ukraine’s capital is a green metropolis on flowing hills next to the Dnieper River, it spared around 840 square kilometers. Kiev has well developed public transport facility within city and helpful for budget traveler. City is navigated by Metro train, Trolley buses, Bus, and also many private taxi services are available UBER, UKLON, Happy Go taxi, Elite taxi, panda taxi, Bolt Taxi, I would like to point out that hiring a taxi from the street in Kiev is not best option because many times they cheat to foreigners. Metro in the Kiev is one of the best and fast travel option and less expensive mode of transport, there are three metro lines RED, BLUE and GREEN they travel through city center. Metro route is display in metro stations in Ukrainian and English language. So it is easy to understand the route and station locations. Ticket cost is 8 uah per trip. All area is not covered by metro but you can travel by another mode of transport like Bus, trolley buses and tram. Most of the times you will not found any conductors then you need to pay to drivers. Many interesting place for traveler in the Kiev like The Golden Gate of Kyiv was the main gate in the 11th century fortifications of Kyiv; The Motherland Monument is a monumental statue in Kiev. The Saint Andrew's Church is a major Baroque church located in Kyiv. St Michael’s golden domed monastery, Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv is an outstanding architectural monument and one of the best known landmarks, Maidan Nezalezhnosti is the central square of Kiev.
