Is Ukraine Safe To Travel And Live In?

Kiev son

Since 2014 Ukraine has been getting a lot of attention due to Crimea annexation and war with Russia. And then recently everyone started to talk about Trump-Ukraine scandal .

You know, even before war-related events took place, not many tourists were choosing Ukraine as a country of interest, thinking it was not safe or developed enough. But in my opinion that only some part of the Ukraine having problem near war zone like luhansk oblast , donetsk oblast which is near to Russian border rest of city are safe to travel and living .

Just make sure you are not walking by yourself at night in less populated areas. Stay away from drunk people, protests, big events with crowds, gypsies, and beggars.

What a delight to discover this gem bordering Poland, Belarus, Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Russia. Filled with a majestic and ancient cultural heritage and a local cuisine working hard to reinterpret traditional recipes with modern flair, I hope the Ukraine is a stamp many travelers will add to their passport.

If you are considering an opportunity to move to Ukraine, I suggest looking into Kyiv (of course, capital always comes first,) Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk. These large cities have excellent infrastructure, opportunities and lots of things to do.

If you visit in kyiv for a week and a week definitely wasn’t enough time there. There are so many things to do in Kiev, churches and museums to visit, Soviet monuments to photograph, and day trips outside of Kiev to go on.

There are many Indian restaurant in kiev they serve good quality of Indian food ,

also, according to the UN’s data, Ukraine at the end of 2018 got the 88th position among 185 countries.
